Insurance Coverage FAQ’s

We accept most HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) and PPOs (Preferred Providers Organizations). If you are not sure, or would like more clarification about your insurance, please call our office or contact us via our “contact us” tab and someone from our office will get back to you.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You may check with your insurance carrier directly by asking the following questions:

What is my health insurance coverage and benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Do I have a co-pay? If so, how much is it?

Cash Pay Rates

New Patient Psychiatry: $450 initial session
Follow-up Psychiatry: $350 per session
New Patient Therapy: $250 initial session
Follow-up Therapy: $225 per session

Payment

Cash, check, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to cancellation fees.
